How To Make Steamed Puto Cheese

Steamed Puto Cheese Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, sliced
In a bowl, add the flour,


and baking powder.

Mix well.

Add the milk,

melted butter,

and eggs.

Whisk well.

In a lightly buttered cupcake mold,

fill each one with the mixture.

Cover and steam the cupcakes for 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes,

Add the Cheddar cheese slices.

Cover and steam for another 2 minutes.

Cool before removing from the molds.

Remove from molds.

Serve Steamed Puto Cheese as a snack, merienda, or healthy dessert.
