How To Make Homemade Skinless Longganisa Recipe
Skinless Pork Longganisa Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar 
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon annatto or atsuete powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying 
In a bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, atsuete powder, black pepper, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and baking powder.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each square food wrapper.

Shape these into small sausages.

Seal the ends of the plastic wrapper tightly like a candy.

Chill inside the fridge for at least an hour.

When ready, remove the plastic wrapper of each longganisa.

Place on a plate.
In a skillet with hot oil, fry the Skinless Longganisa until light brown in color.

Turn and cook the other side.

Make sure that all the longganisa are cooked thoroughly.

Drain excess oil using a paper towel.
Serve Skinless Longganisa with sinangag or garlic fried rice and eggs with ketchup on the side.
