How To Cook Pritong Manok Recipe Tagalog
Pritong Manok Ingredients:
  • 1 pound chicken, thighs and legs
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons fish sauce or patis
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, fish sauce, and black pepper.

In a bowl, marinade the chicken pieces overnight with the mixture.

In a skillet with hot oil, fry the marinated chicken pieces.

Cover and allow each chicken piece to cook for at least 15 minutes.

When the chicken is golden brown, turn and cook the other side as well.

Make sure that the chicken meat is entirely cooked and not bloody inside.

Drain chicken pieces on a plate lined with paper towels.
