Fried Pork Chop Recipe Filipino Style Ingredients:

4 to 6 pieces of pork chops
3/4 cup white flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
In a bowl, combine the white flour,

garlic powder,

paprika,

salt,

and ground black pepper

Mix well.

Cover each piece of meat with the flour mixture.

In a skillet with hot oil, cook the pork chops over low heat.

Turn and cook the other side of the pork chops.

Place on a plate lined with paper towels.
