How To Make Homemade Lumpiang Shanghai Recipe

  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Saute the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.

Remove excess oil in the pan.

Add the cabbage and carrots.

Cook for 5 minutes.
Use the lumpia wrappers to wrap a tablespoon of the mixture.
