How To Make Fishballs Recipe Filipino Style
Fishballs Recipe Pinoy Style Ingredients:

500 grams fish fillets, steamed and shredded
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 medium carrot, grated
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
10 pieces of skewer sticks
In a bowl, add the fish fillets, grated carrots, onions, and parsley.  Mix well.

Then add the salt, pepper, baking powder, cornstarch, water, and flour.  Mix well.

Chill in the fridge for an hour.
Shape batter into balls using a teaspoon.

Place fish balls on a plate.

In a skillet with hot oil, fry the fishballs in batches.

Turn and cook the other side.

Drain on paper towels then place 3 to 4 pieces of fish balls on a skewer stick.

Serve Fishballs Recipe Filipino Style with your favorite Fish Ball Sauce.
