Filipino Fruit Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cans Del Monte Fruit Cocktail, drained
  • 1 can Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup Coconut Jelly or Nata De Coco, drained
  • 1 cup Kaong or Sugar Palm Fruit, drained
  • 1/2 cup young Coconut Strips or Buko strips, drained
  • 1 piece apple, cubed and unpeeled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, added to apple to prevent oxidation
  • 1 can Nestle All Purpose Cream
  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup Maraschino Cherries, drained
In a bowl, add the fruit cocktail,

pineapple tidbits,

coconut jelly or nata de coco,

apple slices,

sugar palm fruit or kaong,

coconut or buko strips,

Mix well.

Add the Nestle cream

and condensed milk.

Mix well.

Add the Maraschino cherries.

Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to be served.

Serve as a healthy snack or dessert.
