How To Make Easy Steamed Pandan Cupcakes

Dulce De Leche Cupcakes Ingredients:

For The Cupcakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice with 1/4 cup of water and lemon zest
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegetable oil

For The Frosting:

1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese, shredded (for topping)
In a large bowl, mix the white sugar and egg.

Add the coconut milk,

salt,

baking powder,

all-purpose flour,

vegetable oil,

and pandan flavoring.

Set aside.

In a steamer, brush each puto mold with butter.

Then pour in the batter.

Place the steamer in a pot with boiling water.

Cover and steam for 15 minutes.

Allow the steamed pandan cupcakes to cool off before serving.
