How To Make Dulce De Leche Cheesecake

Dulce De Leche Cupcakes Ingredients:

For The Cupcakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice with 1/4 cup of water and lemon zest
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup vegetable oil

For The Frosting:

1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese, shredded (for topping)

In a bowl, combine the flour,


baking powder,

baking soda,

and salt.

Mix well.

Add the milk,

vegetable oil,


lemon juice,

and vanilla extract.

Mix well.

Brush each cupcake mold with a thin layer of melted butter.

Fill each cupcake mold with the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt the butter

then add the evaporated milk,

condensed milk,

egg white,


and cornstarch.

Mix well.

Continue stirring over low heat until mixture is thick.

Once the cupcakes are cooled,

add the frosting

then sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
