How To Make Buko Salad Recipe
Buko Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 can Del Monte Fruit Cocktail, drained
  • 1/2 cup young coconut meat
  • 1/2 cup lychee fruit, halved
  • 1/2 cup sugar plum or kaong
  • 1/2 cup coconut jelly or nata de coco
  • 1 can Nestle All Purpose Cream
  • 1 can condensed milk 
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup raisins 
  • 1/3 cup maraschino cherries
In a bowl, add the fruit cocktail,

lychee fruit,

sugar palm fruit or kaong,

coconut or buko strips,

coconut jelly or nata de coco,

Mix well.

Add the condensed milk and

Nestle cream.

Mix well.

Add the raisins


and Maraschino cherries.

Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to be served.
