How To Make Buko Pandan Recipe Filipino Style

Buko Pandan Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 sachet unflavored gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon pandan flavoring
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup young coconut or buko strips
  • 1/2 cup sweet plum or kaong
  • 1/2 cup coconut jelly or nata de coco
  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls (optional)
  • 1 can Nestle all-purpose cream
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk
In a skillet, add the pandan flavoring and unflavored gelatin in hot water.

Mix and stir until ingredients are dissolved completely.

Transfer mixture on a plate.  Place in the fridge until it is completely settled.

When jelly is firm and solid.

Cut into cubes using a knife.

In a bowl, combine the pandan flavored jelly cubes, coconut strips, sweet plum, coconut jelly, tapioca pearls, all-purpose cream, and condensed milk.

Add the pandan flavored jelly.
Chill in the fridge until ready to be served.
